Life and death are the bookends of our existence, yet we celebrate one and fear the other. As an end of life doula Virginian Chang guides, supports, and accompanies dying people and their loved ones in the transition from life to death. Can we learn to confront our mortality and find beauty, love, and peace in death and dying? As one of Virginia's clients, Soon Ja, approaches her final months, weeks, and days we are invited to contemplate our own mortality and by doing so learn how to appreciate life more and live better.
